1. Plastic Electroplating
Compared with metal products, the plastic-based material not only has a good metallic appearance after electroplating, but also can greatly reduce the weight of the product and the difficulty of processing and molding and the cost of processing and production. While effectively improving the appearance and decoration of plastic, it also enhances its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
At present, our company can meet the most extensive requirements in the market, including electroplating production processes based on ABS, PC + ABS and nylon plastics. The color of electroplating can meet the special color requirements of hexavalent chrome, matte chrome, trivalent white chrome and black chrome. New color requirements have also been under study. 2. Plastic Spraying
Plastic spraying is a plastic product that sprays paint evenly from the spray gun by means of compressed air flow and is dispersed into mist to be coated on the surface of the object to be coated. The purpose of spraying is to form a solid and continuous layer of paint on the surface of the object to be coated through spraying operation, which has the functions of decoration, protection and special functions. The types of spray paint mainly include PU, UV, oily paint and water paint.
Our company mainly promoted the spraying process of environment-friendly water-based paint and the spraying process of UV-cured high-gloss black.
PVD is short for Physical Vapor Deposition, which describes a variety of vacuum deposition methods which can be used to produce thin films and coatings. PVD is characterized by a process in which the material goes from a condensed phase to a vapor phase and then back to a thin film condensed phase. The most common PVD processes are sputtering and evaporation. PVD is used in the manufacture of items which require thin films for mechanical, optical, chemical or electronic functions.
Our PVD process has been used for many years, and its functionality and appearance have reached a certain level, with high-precision controllability.
4. Auxiliary Process (Pad Printing, Silkscreen, Laser Etching )
As auxiliary processes of spraying and PVD or even electroplating process, printing (including pad printing and silk screen) and laser carving process have better product appearance decoration and functions, such as increasing the effect of printing characters on sprayed parts, increasing the effect of laser carving light transmission on PVD parts, and even increasing the color of characters on electroplated parts. The function of electroplating + spraying + printing + laser engraving for the same decorative part has been widely and maturely applied in our company.
Pad Printing: an indirect gravure printing technology, which has become a major method for printing and decorating various objects. Screen printing: a direct cameo printing technology, which is also a main method for printing and decorating various objects.
Laser Etching: a process of surface treatment based on optical principles.
