Malaysia Factory Earned Big Project, Additional Tariffs on Chinese Products Exported to the U.S. Reduced

The construction of the Malaysia factory has reached the final stage. Currently, the water supply, gas pipeline, and spray painting equipment have been installed, and the installation of the electroplating equipment will be completed by the end of this month. The spray painting line and electroplating line are expected to start debugging equipment in January 2026. Meanwhile, injection molding equipment has been delivered and is expected to start debugging in May 2026.
At present, the factory has received a large-scale spray painting project, and it is expected to start mass production around June 2026.
At the same time, according to the latest phased agreement between China and the United States, before November 11, 2026, the additional tariff level for China will be reduced to 20%. Therefore, currently, the products exported by Xin Point from China to the United States need to pay tariffs ranging from 32.8% to 34%. At the same time, since August 1, 2025, the equivalent tariff for Malaysia is 19%, so the products exported from Malaysia to the United States need to pay a tariff of 24.3% to 25.5%.
